7650 wont power up

I have 1 7650 that refuses to power up. I checked the power button and it's fine. I can power the phone up using AFD and switching to normal mode. Also when you press the power button with charger plugged in the screen lights up, but still wont power up. Any ideas?

Regards

Well I tried re-flashing, formatting etc. Still no joy.
The phone responds to the power button being pressed (when charger is plugged in you can hear beep everytime you press the button) but it just wont start up. Getting a bit lost now.

Thanks for all suggeestions so far

Maybe the power switch is defective. We have repaired one by changing the power switch. We also repair another one by improvise using 5110 power switch.

I have that problem also with my personal n7650, what I did is set an alarm time daily. If my n7650 happens to be lowbat and drain, i just charge it and until the time it alarms... the phone will ask if to turn on the phone, I'll just press the button that corresponds to "yes", then the phone is now on.

Try it and it works.
