8210 don't power on.....but charge ok


Hi friends i have one 8210 whit this problem, if i connect phone to travel the phone charge ok, but if i try to power up don't switch on, i think phone is dropped in water, i have ceck for oxid but only under the display there is a lot of oxide, i have changed also power switch, R118 and other cap near CCONT, tested voltage output around 3.50v.

u don't have to to all that just u must to check the start up group the capictor under the on/off switch so if u changethe switch key
u must have a working board...no more

have you tried cleaning the board?
last time i cleaned one i used switch cleaner (one which evaporates and doesnt leave a residue) and a very old soft toothbrush to work the stuff in, then flushed it under running water, after that i left it on the side with a hairdrier (dont laugh ) to make sure it was thoroughly dry before putting it back together

Yes i have also clean the board whit isopropil alcool, if you would see it seems new
