8800 Serial problem - GSM-Forum

I have putten a new UEM on 8800, it works correctly without problems, but the problem is that it shows "?" instead of serial number!
please help me!

hi friend expand your problem or sand the log of the phone

as I said, there is no problem flashing it or other things it works correctly!!
but in the phone when I want to see its serial it does not show anything and just shows "?" and not any number!!

write RPL file (asic 6).........if new UEM
