always TESTMODE i already flash the phone but still the same i need to know resistance between Vb,Btemp,Bsi,Gnd or solution to solve the problem

i think your problem is water inside.
clean pcb and read old post to find service manual.

Try this useful of software from unlockme.co.uk :

Loads of useful progs on there, this one gives you the various mode options :

In the general section it is the Fbus by Maestro program you're after.

I had an 8310 with a security code issue and this sorted it in seconds.............

Try replace UEM.
