I have found the best way is to use liquid flux. i have SMD flux in a spray bottle, it works great. Apply the liquid flux onto the CCONT, and then use desoldering braid, it will sizzle, and spit, but it will remove all solder. Then use a flux remover to clean all residue off, and its beutifully clean!!!!

You must use hot (non so high temperatute) air and blade or arrow, not more. And keep patience .

This way yesterday i was resold MAD2 on one N6210 with paralel COBBA test failed for not more that a hour... and phone is OK now.

Hello! I use 10% ammonia solution and ultra sonic cleaning unit. I put pcb in cleaning unit and put enough liquid to cover it and plug it. I let it run 10 minutes. This process makes all impurities removed from any surface. Rinse with purified (not mineral) water and flow-dry board. Please use medium heat but very low air. BGA chip will bubble underneath and push out flux/impurities. Let cool. clean surface with contact cleaner (use brush if needed but very gently and only when cool) and reflow to dry. Board now is shiny clean.
