Ist check ur mobile with sw.Select 6600_full erase.fia in mcu & flash the mobile. If mobile full erase & shows right flash addresses than there is no need to change any flash ic.After that flash mobile with latest firmware available, write good pm,init sim, full fact & format. Ater complition of this job if mobile is in same position than replac N380 near batt conn.If mobile is in same condition than change RAM ic.
