Help Nokia 3100 not charging - GSM-Forum

hello, i have got a nokia 3100 that displays "not charging" whenever i try to charge the phone ...can anybody pls help me with a solution...thnx!

Thnx, I have checked the components on the diagram, F100, L100, and V100 seems to be ok. where else could the problem be? I havent removed V100 as i dont have a replacement....but it measures ok with a multimeter.
