HELP (willy) 3310 not charging - GSM-Forum

I have a 3310 which not charge. Nothing happen on screen not even error message.

I check fuse and this is OK.

I need to check R210 to see is 8v or not. But problem is how I do this. I have multimeter, where I put the probes to check R210 for 8v.

I have test jig and can power phone on, connect charger and have clear acess to R210

Please help me anyone

HI,

try to measure that R204 both side , to see that ICHAR !
and check L201 voltage charge voltage ok or not !
also check R220, R221, R222 !

if all parts is ok, then replace CHAPS then CCONT !

sometimes battery contact and base unit are also a common problem.
