help x6 vibrate only and will not power on

If the phone not stopping vibrating, i think that the problem is in AVILMA (not RAP) that drives VIBRA motor either have shorted by dampness or water to any of supplies
1-Check (+) pin of vibrator that 's not shorted to Vbat or any other supplies (VIO,....)
just supposition!!!????
