how to change flash ic on 3120 - GSM-Forum

i had nokia 3120 that broken flash ic and change it whit another 3120 ic flash
and change imei with universal box now

device turn off after 30 sec.

please help to find out change ic flash on dct4 without problem.

have you changed the flash ic? and flashed it, and it powers up?

but it still powers off, after 30 sec..?

try a imei rebuild...

power off after 30s, is UEM problem, don't loose time with chage Flash IC

he he, sure you need to replace the UEM too! to remove 30 sec. off
