How to find out whether MAD is running? - GSM-Forum

Can anybody explain to me how I can find out if MAD is running when I have dead phone? I checked all values according to service manual for CCONT( they are correct), changed flash but yet the phone does not start. It has current consumption but after few second the phone is down.

We needs some additional detailes , like phone type, cause of death , accepting software , some volts readigs etc.
About MAD running U can search the forum looking too for " Jtag ", Interface It is slightly hardly applicablle but U'll increase U'r knoldges about this.

If the phone works THEN the MAD is running.
1. What phone is it 51xx or 61xx?
2. Check if you can read the flash.

The phone ( Nokia 3310)does not run. On a jig I can see it has a current consumption but it does not start( LCD is black). Also all of these value are correct:
VBB,PWRONX,VXO,VCORE,PURX and also 32.768 khz and 13Mhz RFC. But I can not flash the phone.
Any idea?
