Dear Friends, Can anybody guide me how to pick up NOKIA 1600 UPP/CPU? I don't face any problem in lifting other IC's. But today, for the very first time I went on lifting the UPP of Nokia 1600 using the big nozzle so that heat & air can spread on the UPP but the tracks beneath the CPU got torned. The CPU/UPP is pasted firmly with the board and it took long time to be lifted. Should I use the medium nozzle instead, in order to lift it correctly so that the tracks remain OK? Pls. guide me. Advance thanks to all. amit123
