Set heat and air (depends on u) put some flux (paste) on ic now give heat all around on ic when u feel that bubbles under ic melting ,use tweezer and slightly shake the ic carefully now this is the time to pull up the ic after removing ic ,use iron to clean the bubbles from the ic and from pcb... Now we come to point how to reball ic,for this u use bga plate and bga paste, this need experience and practice... After reballing ,finally this is the time to fix the ic again, but again as i said above, all this need experience, skills, patience, hardworking and practice... I m still learning and i try my best to guide u,but hope other members guides u much better than me |
