n gage classic key pad 7,8,9 not work.what is solusion sir ?

besides lifting what cpu there is a way of other;dissimilar?

reheat or replace the 6pin diode tat control; the keypad..
check is ter any of them missing or crack..

on the bottom of the board there are any little glass IC's with six leg's, that called zener diode, remove that ic's and jumper side by side....

in the right board there are 4 glass ic ,where is the glass ic for key 7,8,9 and how to jumper ? can you give me picture?

i have jumper side by side

I have the same problem but with other keys *,#,R SHIFT, SHIFT; (S133,S136,S137,S138 on page 13 on schematics).
Because just these 4keys don't work I believe that ROW2(GPIO14) is the broken connection because all keys on COL2(GPIO09), COL3(GPIO10) ,COL4(GPIO16),COL5(GPIO30) are working fine. ROW2(GPIO14) is the common connection to my broken keys.
ROW2(GPIO14) goes on page 11 on V103 (6pin glass diode). I've removed V103 and jumper side by side the pins but the key still don't work.
J118(GPIO14) is a test point that connect the *,#,R SHIFT, SHIFT keys to D100 (Page3)
Haw can I verify this connection and can the D100 input to be broken or it's a connection problem to that pin???
