n gage qd keypad not working

i have n gage qd

its key pad keys 5 7 and hash not working plzzzzzzzz help me

i flashed it and thn cleaned but yet not solved
wat can be the problem??

plzzz tell i have these pic wat to mak chnge here plzz help
