no4 key not working all other keys ok
changed keypad ic twice
any solution
changed whole keypad from working unit
help urgent

Hi bro,
Try cleaning inter-board connector pins, or resolder pins. Maybe thats where the problem is.

1. Check ur keypad tone --- clean
2. Check ur keypad board --- change with another
3. Check ur konection from keypad boar to conector --- replase, clean, resolder
4. Check ur conector
5. Check track from conector to keypad ic --- if cut, please jumper
6. Check ur keypad ic --- clean, reheat, reball, or change
7. before change keypad ic -- check track all track to omap
8. reheat omap with verry verry verry carefulllll
