Thumbs down n70 show network full at call show error conection

dear sir, i have a n70 show network full, i try to call some time its work fine some time show error conection & no network covarege but network bar net show full, its motherboard condition fine, i try to Resold Pa, a.switch & hinku Ic But Nothing Change... pls help me any good solution???
