N70 show not charging - GSM-Forum

HI to all. i have problem in my n70 when i put charger in phone it said not charging. i replaced fuse, i replaced bsi that ressiter nad capiciter but stil say not charging. can anyone plz tell me how to i solve i serch in forum. lost off people have same problem but dont have right solution?help me please.

if output voltage normal, try remove V2000
