N70 white screen display and flash light on - GSM-Forum

hello freands

i have n70 was working well but sometime appears white screen and restart I Removed the both ic like in pic (i dont APPLY THE JUMPER coz i dont know wht this mean ) but now there is only white screen display and flash light also on after swithcing on the phone. what is the solution.

Please help me.
