do you try to replace the display ic?
sir.or crystal ic.

yes i change the display ic. plz tell me what i do and i dont know which is cristal ic plz helpme

power on the phone without simcard. Got startup tone or not ?

If the phone without startup tone then it's mean the problem is hang. Then you can try this link for how to make jumper.
