N95 start-up problem

[mo_gsm2013]

my N95 has the folowing problem:
when I turn it on it shows Nokia logo then it bulbs and it shows a white screen and stops working, in addition I have also erased and flashed it but it doesn't work!
when I check it with J.A.F. it shows the folowing log:
