N96 coverage problem - GSM-Forum

HI friends i have nokia N96 this phone problem is when i select UMTS mode its detecting full coverage (FULL NETWORK ) but when i select GSM MODE its not detecting coverage then i flashed but still same problem . i think its hardware problem if hardware problem? please help me how to solve this problem please help me
