New UEM problem....???? - GSM-Forum

Dear friends
Hi
I have bought some piece of UEM (4370959) for 6600 from Supper phone L.L.C. in dubai and after change UEM in 6600 now it dos't accept RPL .When i write RPL with UFS it show that "writing uem done" but when i get info from phone it show ???????????? insted of IMEI.I changed uem again and again but no result.I think it is uem problem.If you have any experience about this plz help me.By the way if you know where can i buy good (original) UEM plz give me address (website or email or location) .

man sure it is faulty uem any kind of uem new or old must accept to write new rpl files as it is empty

if it is not empty you can not write rpl file on it and this is your problem i guess

you have to try in another phone if same so you have to got your money back ..

also this problem can be caused by bad UPP !!!

try change it

as raheeeeb said try this uem on another phone !!!

It's not bad idea to check for blank UEM BEFORE to write anything ... Just connect to Griffin and try to make ask. If UEM is empty - then all isk OK - then write your RPL.

hi uem its empty u can show [ oooooXXXX] when u make ask not empty u can show [ 35111xxxxx] if its corepted u can show [ 008937363xxx ] thanks

In what field to know if the UEM is empty?
Also if it has written what it state?

@Debelia and Waleed... and others, please share, how to know that UEM is empty, and didn't written. According a "statement" of an .ask file.
I will appreciate it.

much better to buy in any nokia accredited repair center,100% works from me. if you have any friends works from service center try to buy some with them. or in any wholesale that you can trust on , if there's any prob with the i.c.'s that you buy you can return it or replace it.

Hi ,

Is the old uem same as 4370959 or it was xxxx825 ?
You can try 4370825 uem which works perfect on 6600.
Also chech for dry joints on new uem.
