No Lights in 8210

Hi

My m8 sent got some guy at a market to change his LEDs. But, the right hand side of they keypad does not work.

I have looked and the LEDs are OK, working 100% on another 8210

The only thing i can see, is there is no copper connection, on the board for 1 side of the led. So solder does not stick to it.

Is this repairable, Or is there a way to connect the leds to light up again? as i think that the guy has messed it up trying to change them.

Please reply asap, as it needs sorting.

Thanks
John

PS: Sorry Mods, i have posted in the hardware repair section as i was unsure where to post.

short a small wire from the other side to the leds...
the leds are connected on 2 parts to UI :6 leds upper part(display) and 6 leds on the keyboard
each part are separately connected to User Interface IC..so do not connect the wire fron down to up or otherwise..
also the leds could be wrongfully inserted +to-...
