all function of mobile are ok , but when i open tone , it is going to restart. what thats prob , i will did the software by ufs , plz help me

Just set to restore factory default setting from ufs OR from phone menu.

Go to settings into the menu of your phone, select Restore factory settings, enter security code and press ok. The solution work perfectly
