unit: normal nokia 1600
problem: hang on nokia logo
step by step working details
1.first clean full board and hit under lamp
2.flash the phone with latest version
3.erasse the flash chip and again flash,write pm,unlock,ui settings full.

problem not solve that means it is hardware issue.
here the action

1.rehot flash chip
2.change crystal cloke
3.remove local mode resistor

but problem not fixed so finally i make this jumper and got the way of success

hope it will help for all my new friend.
