When the display goes to blue Phone Incomming & Outgoing is OK ?

Its HW problem
Change LCD connector

Don't touch UPP

Write good PP and PM then flash, unlock and do factory reset on box.

Bro Rehot Upp with care,Upp of that phone very fragile though

I have fixed many 1208 and 1650 same problem(Blue display and no call/txt) Via Rehot cpu (upp).
