Nokia 2626 Content Extraction Package Failed...

I have one Nokia 2626 dead. I replaced the UPP and it started taking software but showing CONTENT PACKAGE EXTRACTION FAILED at the last moment.

And when I go for erasing the FLASH CHIP, it's showing the following message :

1st Boot: Ok, DCT4, UPP: 3040 [Rm-291] [2.2.0.3]
2nd Boot: u3_2nd.fia, Ver: 4.79.0
Fl0: 0x01000000-0x01FFFFFF,00EC22E8,Sam K8S2815ETB
Algorithm: u3_amd.fia, Ver: 4.79.0
Chip SECTOR_SIZE: 64k, File FAT_SECTOR_SIZE: 64k

Is this FLASH IC fault or UPP fault?

As mentioned above I have already changed the UPP.

Should I change it's FLASH IC as well or not?
