1)see if board is water damaged
2)Check lcd connector whether it is water damaged or not

lcd connector try cleaning it from corrosion
second check its lcd working voltage on C2420 and C2421
(If leaking or damaged replace)
rapuyama rehot D2800
open its schematic diagram
