Nokia 3230 Strange White Display problem - GSM-Forum

Bro nokia 3230 when i switch on the set its show nokia logo for 1 to 2 minits after this the set goes to White display but set is on and incomming and outgoings are ok any solution....................

I also change lcd and full flash the phone but not solved................
