nokia 3250 lcd lights

hi to all, i have nokia 3250 with lcd lights problem. lcd connector 1st print is damag i put the jumper but same. keypad leds r working and lcd leds r not work. i aslo change the lcd and led ic or coile but no success. then i heat the tahvo but same.please tell me how to i repair this phone??????????/

make jumpers with new lcd conn..........post result

thanks for reply but i also try jumper same as picture. but same please tell me other solution.....
