Try you flash phone with mxkay or jaf dead usb?Last week I have same problem with my phone ,after flash with jaf all been ok.If it is not ready you have hardware problem clean pcb or rehot.

Brother, if you go for downgrade for sl3, it will corrupt the rpl and phone will be in contact service
