first try to replace mic ,if not solved than flex and finally mic ic or use jumper

First check tracks readings from mic pads to jeck (on back) of front board..
Then replace flex..
Then properly check both jecks (on main board and on front board) for rusting or damage..
at last replace mic ic << if possible donot make jumpers because speech quality is very poor and low with it>>
