hi help got 5200 nokia it can charge but cant power on anyone with powers switch looping pls help n 6680 mic ok but cant communicate

Tarun can u help me with nki-6233 power switch ways,set shows charging but doesn't switch on since the solder point is damaged,no solder point can be found since the other technicians
