Nokia 6233-cannot hear other side during a call

Hi
I have a problem with Nokia 6233, which is not permanent: When dialing a number, sometimes (and increasingly often) instead of a tone there is no sound, even when the other person answer. Also during the conversation, while talking, suddenly sound dissapears, and in rare cases after a few seconds the sound returns. The other party can hear me perfectly, but I do not.
The first thing I did was to give the phone to service, the earpiece was changed with new one, and everything was fine, but just for a couple of days.
Yesterday I discovered that when I do not hear during a call, the good old way, with relatively light hits on the side of the phone (the earpiece area) - sound appears. I thought it does not seem to give good contact somewhere and opened the phone and cleaned the contact surfaces, but it turns out that I didn't getrid of the problem.
So if you have any ideas, share them.
