Nokia 6303c white screen after few second

Hi all members, i got a nokia 6303c set when i press on off button it shows display. when nokia logo appear set shows low battery than display becomes white after that set not go off with p/button and phone not in working position.when i put battery again same procedure occurs please help me i m hang with this
