Me too facing "phone startup failed contact retailer"
after rework upp,4ics,sram and flashing.then i erased with 6600_fullerase.fia
but "NOKIA" logo then shows phone startup failed contact retailer then i switches off by it self

first of all u use just twister or ufs.. first u do ui settings and after that do format in ufs or twister special in twister ... its alwayes help me this idea i have more than 50 pieces ok

Reball or change flash rom 64Mb.

check the info or init sime lock it mean check the imi
if show qusition marks its uem damage if show the imi number ok
your problem in the above picture ic

First of all....Check the IMEI by klik "info" in UFS. See if the imei is corrupt. The most possibility that I found is corrupted IMEI. The sollution is very very simple....just make ask to rpl.
