nokia 6610i lcd problem:(


Hi,
i have one 6610i with the folowing problem, when i power it on the display shows nothing, i tested the display in another phone and is working ok. Eaven tested the LDC connector way's and they are ok, now i ren out of ideas.
Any suggestions?

p.s. Have same problem wiht a 3100 and 3200...

Might be software versions, maybe upgrading or downgrading may solve the problem depending on age of screen, new ones are improved, and need new software versions

Yes, upload new software. Its work for 6610, 6610i, 3200, but not allways for 3100...

if the LDC connector way's are ok try change R308, R309, UPP but 2 days ago I had problem with lcd in 6610 and I changed HELGO

If I'm not wrong Helgo is just RF processor
How this would fix smth in display function ?

just reflash it with new flash file, that is always problem with this phone.Displays are same but different. Just reflesh phone with new flash and it will works fine

I know but I have this problem... phone power on and show 3/4 of screen(this same in normal mode - some times only blink) under the box in local or test mode all lcd was working (but I couldn't do reset) ... i changed UPP, UEM... then I changed helgo (there were some connected pads)... now all it's ok.. In my problem HELGO (or balls) was damaged

Hi,
i treid to flash with higher version, no result. Checked the connector and is ok. Changed the lcd, still the same result.
So any other ide?
