Nokia 6681 phone start-up failed.contact the retailer

I have a 6681 with start up failed problem
* while connecting charger set shows"phone start-upfailed.contact the retailer"
* if we press power button while showing startup failed on charging , set bomming white display
* does not power on in power button(the button is correct)


pls help me
