nokia e5 keypad problem

my friends i have nokia e5 with keypab problem wen i press * write come (QE2*) i chang the ic keypad but the problem is same any one have salution please shear with me

look , key pad data line goes into rapido through two keypad esd filter , so maximum fault chances is d esd filters . but first remove d two marked varistor (in first picture) then check.

if same replace both keypad esd filter (marked in second picture) , make sure all solder ball's r soldered well .

then check , also post d result here.

OK , first deep clean d pcb then check . if same reflow rpaido . but be carefull.
