Hi!

You have a faulty FBUS circuit. Check your diagram. I can help you if you can send me the diagram.

I have found that the 232 doesn't work. I have made and sold hundreds of the cables for using the 3232 in both f and M-Bus modes. It works perfectly!

It is because the diagram circulating around is NOT correct. I have a working MAX232 based circuit and it can also be used with other Nokia GSM phones. Even the older one.

I am not a trader. I hate them!

Please e-mail me and I will respond with the diagram attached. If you can give me your diagram, Please do but if you don't want to, it's okay also.

But please do send me your diagram.

Cool

Cool Wildswan, I'll send you what I got. It's about the same that's out there, except that I changed a few of the capacitor values, as well as changed 2 wires from the serial port and it seems to work more reliably than the one that exists on the web. Also, the one out on the web, claims to be both F and M bus dual, but in fact it isn't!!! I added my own solution and got it to work as a dual cable. Will send what I got, and if you can send me the working 232 version.

Join the club, I hate traders!!!!!!

Regards
