NOKIA N91 9, * and # KEYS - GSM-Forum

Hi...I have a N91 where the 9, * and # keys are not working. All the other keys are working.
I've cleaned the contacts etc but still no joy. I've seen on other threads about some 'Z' components but I can not find an replacement parts and am not sure exactly which part I need to change/repair.

Can someone please help? Thanks

Try to remove Z4407 and make jumpers

Hi...I'm trying to take the ic off the board with hot air at 325 degrees but it still won't come off. Any suggestions how to get it off the board without damaging anything? Thanks
(I have taken off other parts with the hot air so I am used to using it!)
