i have same problem, in my case the phone had startup failure and after full flash the start up cleared and disk error frequently pops up. i suspect the phone overheated. any help

thanks mate the problem was in Memory card, i discovered that the card could not be formatted or be written although you could access files on it. changed the card and the defect disappeared

this defect seems to be mainly caused by memory cards or card holders:"Disk error - cannot complete write retry or data will be lost.
