Specify consumption amp of phone at the moment of restart.
Check up lines of the speaker on short circuit with the ground.
Show the log self-test.

Deactivate these components one by one with checking every time:
1-Vibrator motor
2-Ear Speaker
3-IHF Speaker
if no result:
check amperage during call with verifying the RF circuits (PA, Rf processor) by touching them with fingers to know the heated component ,???
please,post the result
