NOKIA3220: Dead

During flashing follwing error occure

Getting MCU ID
Phone didn't answer with TX line low after UEM reset!
Causes:
1. put a 27-33 pico capacitor in connector b/w mbus-gnd.
2. UEM damaged -> replace uem.

MCU ID: 0xDDDD
Failed! Aborting!
Done!
Phone Restarted...

History of Handset:

Actual Handset came for not charging (on screen)

we check fuse its ok then i remove diode ( charging )

but problem remain same

then i flash phone but during flashing
empty battery message shown at screen(LCD)
& flashing stops

then i again connect phone to jaf but jaf shown above error?

now i am confused what is problem ?

help me on this case

now wash and keep light hit 30 munite then flash again and check whats the result ......
