If when you calling the phone display "LOW BATTERY" and battery is full charged, first of all you need verify phone consum. Take a 3v power supply and an ampermeter, power up the phone and make a call. If the consum is more after 300 mA your phone is damage ( ), else verify charging circuits and of corse battery.

regards,
Cris

Try to:
1. Verify and resolder battery contacts;
2. Reflow charging IC ( situate between antenna connector and CCONT)
3. Replace charging IC

Best regards,
Cris

No, the charging IC is NOT glued on PCB; it`s only soldered by micro BGA tehnology. You need some skills to replace it.
Into Nokia 3210 ONLY processor (MAD) is glued and can not be replaced.

Cris
