any have a pdf for info about chip change like Cobba UEM PA and other???
I programm firm on 3310 but I have erro when try write ui and rebuild imei on other post any tell me eeprom problem I want to change the chip but I don't know what I do.

hey...what's wrong with you ???

there is no UEM IC"S in 3310

in nokia phones (DCT3) like 3310 audio ic says with COBBA, you can know the name of each Ic's with reading the Ic's like RF=Hagar, Power=CCONT, Audio=Cobba, you surely possible to change all of it.
after you change the Cobba if the cobba is good you will get SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED if you insert the card to the phone, you just do UNLOCK if you use UFS 3, but in other way you can use the nokia tool software, change the IMEI, Updating FAID and set to factory default. you can download the nokia tool software in this Link :http://www.gsm-mobile****/
that's a *.rar file you should have a program to open the *.rar file like winrar or winzip
or if you want to learn about 3310 there was a repair guide software by Yassinov, you can download them in this link :

But In Nokia DCT-4 audio ic's (Cobba) is integrated with power Ic and it says with
UEM = Universal Energy Management
if you change the IC's (UEM) you will get phone restricted shown in your phone and you can't change the IMEI number, because in DCT-4 the IMEI number is protected by the factory. maybe in my short explaination you can know what the different between COBBA and UEM
