Usually is a "SIM" problem, no hardware problem of phone.

Or phones have been barred/blocked by the network - depends what country you are in.

r u using the same simcard for testing ? try changing simcard

This message appeares when phone registering with network. Use working SIM card or your phone may be SIM blocked. Not hardware problem.

check for black listed in south africa if listed does the same

Its 100% black listed or barred phones , I have experience with this kind and usually some phones may give this problem even if you use any other same network sim card, for eg if you tried two same Vodafone cards they would give same problem but its possible if you try Movistar it would be working the problem is some networks barr the phone earlier and other could take time to bar you its possible you would be able to use another network card but not 100%.

Use 8310 and change UEM rebuild imei and try i think your phone are 100% blacklisted.

For 6600 change uem. the rest use jaf or hwk to patch the imei...its a serial number issue sir...just change all those serials..and its gonna be ine later..godspeed
