the best solution is change uem write any asic2 rpl file and unlock ur phone thats all....

there is noperfact sulotion to change imei with out changing uem. we can done it just using patcing but after 30 seconds set will off,,,,,, so if u can...........

best and 100% solution is changeing uem and for 1100/2300 more best solution is give back set to costomer.

After patching handset restarts this is 100% going to happen then why is this thread rated so high u r giving wrong advise to people
U have to write .rpl via griffen or mt box and this will also work if uem is empty ,new or its internal imei is ok
This is the perfect solution
