chnage jack 90% ok other wise change regtence up the mic point 100%

I have 1110i some time it speaker work and ringer not work and during work it automatically reverse mean ringer work and speaker not work. only one work in one time I have try resold sound ic but same did it may legs IC fault? faulty set is one leg ic and I have 2 leg ic sets so where I can took it from other model or brand? Waiting for your kind response.
